I was going around the scan gallery and I saw this lovely Sakura and Syaoran vector done by Snakeeater and I though "I must make a wallpaper with it" So here it is.
I used both photoshop and corel photo paint to create it.
I first created the bakcground with photoshop

then i added the scan and the text on corel photo paint, added some effects and then back again to photoshop for one last brush ^^

I made some changes with the vector, removed the white shadows that gave the feeling of plastic. I hope snakeeater wont mind that :S
