Heres another wallpaper by me. i dont think its easy even though it seems so. for the texture it was handmade by me. just like the wallpaper "Dearest" . the star textures took hours to finish as i wanted to get it right. i saved it in a different file then i started doing this wallpaper. (the sakura was vertical , but i tilted it so um yeah >_<)

what i used?
2 of my own star texture (5-7 hours to make) (1 is soft the other is bright stars)
Shape tool + motion blur : to give it a motion effect (notice the white blurs on the wallpaper ^^)
Hybrid Genesis 's star brushes : (recommended to get it) to enchance the wallpaper more as it seemed plain O__O
Reminiscent Design's brushes : the bubble brush on the staff to make a little bit of magic on it.
Celestial star's star brushes : to enchance the magic effect on the staff.

the rest are just merely photoshop effects. (like the shadow etc)
