Nothing much to say. I played around with Illustrator and Photoshop and this is what came out. I added a bit of water and plain BG, as well as the text and that "blob" shape. Not very creative, but I just love the scan.

Very COOL wall. I love it. I like the scan you used of luffy hes just awsome, and the blobs and the other stuff you did is creative. well at least i think its creative. Its a very simple wall but its awsome. Good job with the water, and the text is nice as well. Good job keep up the great work^_^+FAVS

Not creative? I think you're creative too. Why? That because you can convert from a common scan into this nice wall. Not much you have done with the background, but still this is really a good simple wall. Keep sharpen your good work...

Simple and clean and it is only a plus that it is Luffy! Don't say you aren't creative; I haven't seen a Luffy Wallpaper like this yet... so, you must be doing something right!

Hey no that blob is very creative i mean some people would even come up with something as cool as that, now would they?, but no really i love the bg and the colors are great i like the surf idea i mean sometimes i have absolutly no idea of what kidn of bg to make a scan and some other people do its like im to lazy sometime, HEHEE, i really like the the dark and the light, and the middle blue colors are very cool, the wallpaper here is very creative and the blob is truly Awesome :P, i will add this walie to my favs because you made it!, I like the way you think

Totally sweet! For some reason I love One Piece manga vectors/re-cgs for wallpapers. I've always loved this image; I think it's my favorite picture of Luffy. This is so my spring wallpaper! Anyway, I like how you've simplified the image yet retained the 'fun' of the original and expanded it to fit the screen. The only thing I would change would be to make the colors brighter.

The movement in this wall is incredible! Great job :) The background line edges could be smoother though, or it could also work if you did smudging more consistently throughout. Nice wall nonetheless, the text adds a really funky touch xD
