A very simplistic wallpaper based on my recent vector.
It seems I have a love for centered designs.
I took my original vector and adapted the colors to show a more icy feel in accordance with the icy expressions they're showing. On the whole, the wall consists of approximately 40 layers, including various ones to alter colors. The "shadowy" layers in the back are actually modified outline layers with changed colors. In case you don't notice, both sides of the characters sport colors of the other: the background on Akane's side is based on a color taken from Ranma's shirt while Ranma's greyish background stems from a darker shadow in Akane's shirt.
On the whole I intended to both show how they are split (through the use of different colors of background and shadows) but still share characteristics (as in the colors they share).
Completely done in Photoshop and Illustrator.
