As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. As soon as I saw this image in the galleries I had to make a wallpaper out of it! I loved the sketchy feel to the image and I wanted to show off CLAMPS beautiful art.

All I really did to it was some texture and brush work to make it look like Princess Hinoto was floating with the Dragons in the clouds, and of course added the text. I didn't want to go too crazy and spoil the image so I tried to keep the wallpaper as simple as possible.

Textures were made by me and also from DeviantArt, and the brushes were also made by me!

I hope everyone enjoys this wallpaper ^^

Crazy, this wallpaper is gorgeous!! the sepia effect, the simple yet complicated mixture, and the perfect scan wonderfully comes together!! It looks a bit like a piece of parchment ,and the color is classical ,I like the scan you use,she looks so cute ,as if she is praying foe something,this style of wallpaper is not that commen,you did a fantastic job, kee it up ,realy hope to see more from you

I just love the texture. Like an old Asian calligraphy painting. The chosen artwork is a very good choice, with its crazy detail. It's definitely going straight to my favourites. Great work!
