I found the scan some days ago and decides in the morning to make a wall out of it.
Well, it takes the hole day (I didn't recognize how the time was running) to do so.
As I first saw the scan I had a picture in my mind what the wall should look like.
Blue is my fav colour so it was clear to me that the wall would be made with different blue colours.

BIG THANKS TO ANOCA FOR THE EXTRACTION!
I used a stock photo for the background with beautiful colours but it was really empty. So I took PS and added some clouds using different brush tools. Well, after this I wasn't really satisfied with the result so I took another stock photo and merged them both. That was the result you can see now.
OK, the pillar she is sitting on is taken from a scan of Ah! My Goddess.
I think the goddess name is "Lind" or something like that, don't know because I don't read the mangas.

OK, after the background was created I started the "making of" the wall.
Added some sparkles on the background and flower petals. First thought about some birds but I think this wouldn't work.
After that I decides to add some mist to the bottom of the wall because you can see the ocean on the bottom and there is some mist coming from the water.
The title wasn't so hard to choose this time. Don't know why but it cames easily in my mind. Added some swirls to the font, voila the wall was done ^.^
