I've always wanted to do something with this scan 
; but so far I just had not enough experience nor inspiration to do it 
.
And I did it until now because I'm experimenting new techniques and I got my tablet![( []-[])9 emoticon](http://static1.animepaper.net/images/emo/specky.gif "( []-[])9 emoticon")
; so the first image that popped into y mind was this one (okay, maybe not).
First I played with the levels and fixed the scan a little; after that, I started mixing the scan colors into the background to make look the scan like if it was a wider image; and then proceeded to blend them.
After that I just masked the scan to finish the blending and then added the glowing petals with a custom made brush. that would be pretty much it, cuz I suck big time when it comes to explaining
Time: about four hours (didn't count)
Layers: just 5
