Well, its basically its what is happening in chi's dream in my opinion with bubbles wich add to to sleepy kind of feel, i stubled accidently to the effect by messing about with the bevel.

I think the red brings out the sexy effect cuz you dont know whats gonna happen in a dram

the font doesn't really stand out, and i don't think it suits the wallpaper.

The red makes Chii stand out, so good job on that. But it seems a little plain, and Chii is overwhelmed by the sheer amount of red. The simplicity of the background doesn't bother me as much as the chunk of text smack dab in the middle of the wallpaper. I think I noticed that before I noticed Chii. >.> I think if you make the scan bigger and the text smaller, it would work better. Good effort though. =)

Surprisingly. the background is so red..i dont think it our eye will like that.....
the quality is really great, chii looks realy cute...the only prob is the background..too reddish..
make it into colours like pink or something...light...

The character's setting is so small and the background so damn red.
I don't like that, so... maybe you can make the character bigger and then you set her in the middle.
After that, add the background with cute color but not that simple.

I think it's alright, I'm seeing a bit too much red and too little of Chi, and I agree, the font doesn't seem suitable. Looking at Chi, I would picture a more lighter colored wallpaper.

I think the red is in fact very sexi but chii isnt sexi at all on this scan

The dark red colors make Chii stand out well, other than that it is a little plain. But that it what I like! A good wallpaper should have much space and you showed that well. Its also a little haunting, with just sitting there.
