The general layout of the wall is really great. The brushwork is done really well and mixes with Chii in a really good way.
The scan's quality however, seems really low. Either you're going to need to re-clean the scan or use a bigger resolution. if you upsized it. You can see the graininess of the scan and that really lowers the quality of the wall. If you want the scan to be more artistic, you can always use the median filter in Photoshop and overlay it on top of the original image. That could make the scan looks better, though you'll have to experiment quite a bit.
The left-hand side of the wallpaper is fine though, as I said earlier, the brushes flow together really well and the colour scheme is good too, just fix up the quality of the scan and the wall will be really good.

I love the different shades of purple you used. and the designs around the text looks amazing. only thing i didn't like was the quality of the scan. but nonetheless i love it! xD. excellent job!
