When I saw this scan <3 emoticon

I uploaded, cut and vectored it (19-20 hours).
I wanted make a "town" BG, so I vectored/painted a city, with lot of buildings. I wanted make something simple. Since I hesitated between a sunset and moonlight. As I painted the dress of Chii in red, I chose the sunset.
I hope you'll like it! .(n_n). emoticon

This is a really great one from you Cilou :3 I love the city lights that kind of mingle with the glowing orbs. And great job with the character, I like that you chose to do the color lines instead of black outlines.

I'd prefer more sunset-ish lighting on the buildings and Chii but I can imagine how much work you must've put into this. Overall, it's a very nice job. Keep it up! :)

Excellent! Now this is what I felt when I saw one of your first wallpapers. Unlike your Sailor Moon wallpaper this one has much more feeling in it. I like how it turns out and I like the colors as well as the shapes.
The composition is nicely done and the foreground blends in very well with the background. The vector details of Freya are amazing :).

I tried to wall this scan some time ago, and...I failed miseraby xD

This is obviously not your case, this wall is wonderful.
The coloring is very well done and the city is simple but effective,
it really blends well with Chii.
Thumbs up for the sunset's lights as well.

Impressive BG.
The vector is very pretty.
But the clear sky in late afternoon does not favor very much to the vector, an obscure sky would combine perfectly.
