The background is nicely done, though there's a thing things I'd make note of.

The mist, the stars on the night sky, the colors are really good. On the other hand, the moon looks too big. It takes too much of space, making it impossible, to put anything else into the background as part of the scenery. Furthermore, a small moon could also have expressed his emotions, as if he's standing in the darkness under the faintly glimmering moon, shrouded in mist. That way other objects could've been placed in the BG, and wouldn't feel somehow empty. Otherwise, it looks very nice.

The character looks good too, only has hair has the touch of coming from the Paint Factory. :-) Nice wallpaper overall.

Great vector and great background. The moon is well made. The fog is also a great addition to this wall. Keep up the awesome work, looks like I have to get cracking on my Kakashi vector.
