Scans - C.C & Lelouch Special Thanks to epsilon86 for scanning lulu

I grew a deep love for C.C's expression in that scan and decided
it was good enough to work on, I then saw that scan of Lelouch and thought
together it would look really nice.

I vectored them both and then started working on a bg,
I hated having to erase so much. The clouds took me the longest to
do. I wanted something much more work filled in the sky than how I normally
do them. Added birds and then made the mountains, the bg went through a ton
of changes. I really wanted to add alot and make it look epic but sadly
I couldn't pull it off and left it simple since I felt like I might over portion it
and instead of looking really awesome it would have came out too packed and then nasty.
I worked alot on the lighting, I must have brightened maybe 10 times on
the bg and then characters since the sun is right behind them. I choose sunset
cause I thought it matched their expressions well. Night would've been too dark
and day wouldn't have looked dramatic enough and well when I think of CG...we all picture lulu in a sunset doing either crying or laughing.

Well I had alot of expectations on this one, I wish I could have made it
the way I wanted to but theres always time to improve and then make others :3
