Based on the same scene in Darker Then Black for those who watched it.
Only the girl at the bottom was vectored. The trees on either side and the two in front was done with a custom brush plus the brush variance toolbar option thingies, the mountains in the distance was done entirely with the smudge tool (love the smudge tool! x3), and the starfield was self made as well ^^
The perspectives and proportions are all correct, it's just the trees witch is a little fluffier (or leafier or whatever) that they look a little bigger than they really are :P
For those whose wondering, the girl is not standing on water xP the water is shallow there.
The main focus of the wall is the stars and the shooting star witch dwarves the girl compared to the size of the sky. This is taken further as the whole night sky filled with stars is being reflected on the water :D
Oh, and I added the ripples as well ^^
