This is a really simple and attractive wall...I like the placing of the text and the font you used...I do think the eye should be a little less pointed out,all of the focus goes to it and not the text,which should be the first I see...maybe adding a small quote about Allen aside from just his name would also make the wall better...
I'm not sure if it's just me,but I think the cutout style is a bit off here...maybe adding some outlines to at least his hair would be cool,and adding some more variates of gray tones or reds to his hair to make it a little less flat than it is...same goes with his eye...For me,the eyes are the most beautiful part of every wall,if made properly and with details...that may be just me,so it's only a suggestion^^'

Putting all the criticism aside,I do like the overall idea of the wall,grayscale walls are the best,but it still lacks some details that would really make this wall shine among the tons of others quite similar to it as it is now...
