Hello! My second submission in AP, I found the scan on Minitokyo which was scanned by Kuroimisa :)
I used the pen tool and the smudge tool to make all of the wallpaper. The most difficult part was creating the girl's hair; there were just so many lines, so it took me a long time to finish the outline. You might notice that I also changed some parts of the original picture. For the reflections on the water, I used a stock picture of some clouds, and I also used a texture which can be found at the following place: DA! Desktop Anime
