I went a bit crazy with the flashiness on this one. i just started putting stuff togther and it ended up like this ;) i've been working on it off and on for about a week, tweaking the color, adding more flair. i hope the lightning bolt isn't lame. i personally don't know much about xenosaga but i saw a screenshot that was somewhat similar.

hope it doesn't burn your eyes too much! :P

I like that grungy space bg, fits extremly good to the characters. i never played the game (forgot the name), but i saw it a few times so i think it defenetly has the flair of it. fantastic job on te background, the moon is the only thing that looked a bit weird for a moment. oter than that wihich wasn#t really bothering (just for a short time and maybe cause of my low resolution) this is absolutly well done wall.

You did a great job on the lightning effects. It looks really good. As for the background, i think it looks good, and matches well with the characters. A softer tone in the background would've looked better though in my opinion, because it currently overpowers the characters with it's bright colours. Well overall, i still think you did a good job on it. ^__^

^^ I don't know much about Xenosaga either, but I know I like this wallpaper allot. It is a bit bright, I agree, but the brightness matches the scene you set and looks like it belongs there, it's also at good levels. Really cool wallpaper Crystal, added to my favs for sure, thanks! n_n

I think that I'll agree with anyone else that liked th grunge in it. I personally don't find it too flashy either. Lighting is pretty awesome too. I've never seen or played this, but your wall is awesome nonetheless!

Hm..I have to say that all the crazy effects seem to have no rhyme or reason to them. I think it would be more effective if you varied the intensity of some of the light streaks. Also, I suggest making the text more prominent and maybe moving it up a bit; as it stands now it just kind of looks like an afterthought. Other than that, I like the concept very much. It reminds me of the Underground dungeon (those stupid steps are still echoing in my brain!! LOL!)
