I love Dead or Alive, and I'm German, so why not make a wallpaper of Hitomi. It took me forever to extract Hitomi and the Orchids. After spending forever extracting them, I used different brushes and mixed different textures and pixs from the net to get a background. I then posted it on Session Zero and many didn't really like the bg. I got advice on the bg, on how to get more of a contrast, etc. I made nine revisions, and it ended up turning out to be around twelve layers. Hope you like it! ^^

I do love the way you did the wallpaper with the stock image, render of the flowers and Hitomi all together. Very creative, very nice title and overall good job.

I love hitomi in DOA, the background is great but I think like others that the character it doesn't seem to blend in well with the background image.
But I need to learn more to post a wall like you ^^

I have to agree with minstrelknight..Awesome idea, just doesn't have that "I spent 10 hours and wasn't done until it was absolutely perfect" kinda thing about it. Pretty colors though...

The background graphic strip is quite neat. I rather like the bits of white ejecting from the center. I do think that there is an odd glow around the characters forehead, not sure if it was intentional. :) Maybe less black space could help the wall. Overall a good first wallpaper. ^_^ Visit Session-Zero in the forums...its lots of fun.

Wow nice wall of Hitomi. I like the contrast between the background and Hitomi because it seems natural (your hard work paid off). The only thing I would change though is the horizon for the ocean because it looks a bit too dark for the actual bright colored water. Still, I like it very much Good Job:-)

It's a nice wallpaper, but it doesn't seem that the background blends in with the girl.
I like that idea but it doesn't seem to work out properly, but still it's a pretty good wallpaper that caught my eye!

Hitomi...I LOVE YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!! Great wallpaper and excelent blending of the character with the background. The pink colour fits perfectly with her body and her outfit.
