I saw this picture on 1up today and thought about how my girlfriend said she had ran out of Lei Fang wallpapers to use and this one looked like a great one to do a wall of. Coming into it, I had the goal of making a location for people to stick icons/desktop utilities like Rainlendar, so I made that at the bottom. I also wanted to fit Dead or Alive in there somewhere, so I decided to stick it into the background and blur it up and connect the bars to make it look like it was part of it. Had to do a lot of custom bars, sky, etc. work as you can see since the picture wasn't big enough for a full desktop, I also wanted to change the mood. After a lot of cleaning up, deciding how I'd do the ground and recoloring (and increasing contrast) of Lei Fang's body so it'd show off an orange light, this is what you have.

I definitely complained a lot to myself thinking that it wasn't what I imagined, but it came out pretty good anyways. So... dedicated to my girlfriend, DoAC, and Lei Fang fans, here is the wall.
