Oh nice combination,I mean this idea with red,white and black it's usually successful.I really like the idea with the red sky.Well I would say that the whole background fits the character and most of all it fits the anime itself!The simplicity and the combination is very effective,especially for me!

The crosses and Light really stands out nicely with the bloody red background.
Almost didn't notice Ryuk in the background but it's a good addition to the wallpaper.

Hahaha! I love the red wall, it just seems so cool to have a red screen like that. Bloody, yeah. Well, I cracked up when I was able to read the black text (both in between the lines of white text on the red background and the names on the sheet)! Do you really think those people you listed are bad for society, or are you just trying to be funny? Because if the second was your intention, then good job! You accomplished your goal!
Also, the comment about split personalities was not one I had previously explored in depth, and although it must have (really, it must have, right?) crossed my mind at one point, the idea caught me off guard, and made me like your wall even more! It made me think!!

Another great one, very simple colors but everything fits in perfectly making a great picture, the caption is also great too, im on the brink of insanity myself
