As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. So as you see I vectored a generally small manga scan, colored it and added soft patterns. I decided to leave the wall with no shadows because it looks better this way. The grassy hill is obviously not centered as I didn't want this to be a typical wallpaper.

Excellent wall! Vibrant colors for a dreamy,summer look. Newfoundland also has extrememly cold winters, and im dying for summer to return as well! Mainly because my birthday is june 22nd :P Back on topic, great wall, im favoriting it~!

I like how everything is nicely drawn but don't really care for the colors, as they don't really have any texture. So perhaps haveing some textures in next time?
