As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Some of you might remember this wall 'cause this is a fixed up version. I made a new glass, fixed some strands in Kayano's hair and her eyes don't look as scary as before ^^;
Quite a lot of my wallpapers received their new versions but this is only the second time I actually re-upload the wallpaper and it's not even 100% redone! I really enjoyed reading Akuma de soro, that's all.

I vectored the outlines and painted the rest. Takeru's piercing is very amusing :]

The glass is a bit blurry because I want you to focus on Takeru... he's pretty ♥
If you don't like how the characters look like then go complain to the mangaka!

Yeah i remember this one. I like his hair. It looks so smooth. Basically, great job on the vector work. The fur coat also looks good. It's so nice and fluffy. Did you paint that? The glass also looks better now compared to the previous version...oh and the version with just Takeru looks better because im not so fond of the girl there *blames mangaka*..Lol but this Takeru guy is hot! *__* I should check out the manga sometime.

+fav for pretty Takeru version. ^_^

This is a relatively nice wallpaper. I love the look of the guys hair. On the other hand I HATE the look of the girls hair... it just looks stupid. I also like the broken glass effect, it looks really nice. One more thing that doesnt seem right is the size and proportion of the guys wrist and hand to his arm and body, it doesn't seem right. I also don't really like what the two characters are wearing... its black and fuzzy... yuck! I really don't like the girg she just seems to have a stupid look on her face as well as have very different looking eyes than the guys. Anyway it isn't a great wallpaper but it does havesome great thing about it . Keep up the good work.

I like the broken glass effect you did. The scans you chose were nice, I like the girls hair and the look on her face. XD Great job on the vectoring and painting, it looks great, and their furry coats are nicely done. Especially on the hair because it looks like it took a lot of time. I really like the guys pill earring, I know it has nothing to do with your walling, but it reminds me of those pill tongue rings (XD) emoticon

, those are so awesome. lol! Maybe I should read this manga, it looks good. ^^ Anywho, great job!

Somehow I like version with guy only more XD mabe It's because I don't really like how that girl stares at me, creepy XD

This wallpaper is very well made. Adding the girl made it so there wasn't that empty space and made it so it didn't feel like something was missing. I love the smooth, and the very details characters and the glass was very well made. (+Fave)

I'm starting to wish I've spent more time catching up on more manga >_> Oh well. Anyways, I still can't believe how awesome your vectoring is :) Your brush work with the shadows just makes all your character vectors unbelievably life-like. And the fur-coat thingy that the characters are wearing look incredibly awesome as well.

From the very accurate broken glass to the soft bg that supports the vectors, I can't find anything about this wall that I can't praise :) Awesome work ^^ +fav

For such a cool drawing I had expected the story to be a cool adventure story or something, but it's a... shoujo, lol. Anyways, excellent vectoring, painting, and addition of textures hehe. Sometimes I wonder if I need to say these things to people who already know they're good 8|... One suggestion I have is to make his eyeliner (lol?) a painting style instead of the vector style because I don't really think it's sitting on his eye.

Man, he's so pretty... and she's so cross-eyed... I fave the guy-only version! It looks aweshum on my desktop.
