I think this is so cute, nice soft vector job, the only thing I find odd is the uniformness of the clouds and they see a bit more solid and real compared to the more anime style of honey-chan and the destroyed city. It's a fun wall though and I really like it, great work :)

I full viewed this a few times, trying to remember everything
I wanted to say.

Nice color of the back ground, it's not a common one
so it sticks out. I have to say I'm not a fan of the clouds but
that my problem since they fit in the wall to me.

The vectored building that are breaking down are nicely
done, a bit jagged here and there and some of the windows
have messed up lines but it's ok.

The vector of Honey is a nice one, theres a bit of
messy spots on his hair and around his face and such.

And the text is cute but gives me that Greek feeling.

Anyways, it's a nice job.

This is very cuteeeeeeeeeee...
i totaly lovee the clouds... the fit nicely with the general image..
the vectors are also nice and clean.. simple.. but well done..
Things that pops on my head...
- the day time... that wall looks too bright to be night time.. but looks as if it was proper for a night scene.. so for that.. you lack more darkness and maybe could also add some night touches like stars and a moon ( to make more lighting effects in the darkness)... On the other hand.. if thats a day background.. well adding a sun and more drastic lighting would make it more real.
- about buildings.. they would look much better with more shadows.. like in the windows to make them more detailed..

Anyway thats being picky
You did a very nice and sweet job here ^^

Everything on the right side looks wonderful; but not the left, in my opinion.
The vector you have made is pretty good, but too bad, I think the clouds kind of do not fit this wallpaper really well ;_;

Well, maybe that's only me. Overall, this wallpaper looks pretty nice ^_^
