Ok, just like everyone else...I'm making a winter/christmas wallpaper. Anways, it's just a simple scan that I got from http://gallery.aethereality.net/ I extracted it, did somethings to make it seem more clean. Besically after that I did clouds and a bunch textures from http://mayang.com/textures/ along with a bunch of grunge brushes giving a look which I think looks awsome. Then...for the final touch I added the text.

This is a very interesting wallpaper for a Christmas style theme. The colors used are so serene that it is quite befitting of the title given in the text of the wallpaper. I also have to say that the textures used in the background come together in a very interesting way that makes everything all the more interesting. The way that the characters are placed slightly off-center also adds to that bit of winter-like style, with the way that the original scan is added to the vague ((yet intriguing)) background. I definitely have to give this wallapper a well deserved two thumbs up. Keep up the good work!

Nice job, the color scheme, even when it´s a cold scheme, you gonna think I´m crazy but it gives me a sensation of warm @.@ maybe it´s for the characters or... dunno, I just think it´s great

The result is nice. maybe you should add more textures than add a clouds.
i love how you make it more clean. and i would more love it if you vector the scans. but well,it will take a half of your life XD haha

OMG!! Nooo!! I wanted to wall that scan. >_< Lol i'm in the process of walling it now. What a coincidence. O_O

Well now for the comments...ok i know you wanted it to look like a white christmas, but it's just a tad to bright. I suggest you tone down the white color, and add more blue to it. As for the text, it's kinda hard to read because of it's color. So you might wanna change it to a different color. But i love what you did with the background. It's simple, yet very nice. It blends really well with the scan.

Well, the wall doesn't seem very wintery to me, the colours maybe though. But I like your wall nonetheless. I like tone of the scan you used in the wall. The textures are pretty good. The background is a bit too bright though. ^_^

Nice, it looks very white maybe a bit too white at the top. I like the scan alot and you did a great job extracting it. The grudge looks good, and the textures looks nicely blended in. The text I'm not too fond about, it looks kind of eerie. Great colour usage, matches well with the scan. Overall, great work!
