While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

AP Featured Wallpaper!: Behold the power of vector meeting a more scenic cross-over resulting in this wonderfull wallpaper. A grade A-vector that has many edits and some editing to make it perfectly blend in with the setted scene. And it also proofs by making something not perfect it cant look cool, the background buildings look weard but that makes this wall a bit more.. yeah call it chaotic/human/special.
And maybe the same for the floor, bowled down making it possible that they are standing in a crater (they created?) who knows use your imagination and return to sender and go enjoy and create.

Okay so this is what happened when I wanted to make a dark wall.
The sky is made by brushing + smudging + blending layers. I was just trying to imitate Makoto Shinkai's type of sky, but I ended up like this. It's not as great and perfect as his, but this is my style, I guess.

I used this scan. I vectored it and changed the colors. I love pastel colors ^_^
Everything was made with PS7 except for the city which I got from sxc. Sorry for flatness and strange perspective...

The sky you made is great and the pastel color combining perfectly. Also the curved perspective of skyline and ground is a really nice idea. +fav

Nah, tis is cool xD love the painting, and the perspective d: but i think the text stands out too much, i think it'll be better if you kick them out xD its just my opinion tho :3 the city's perspective is a bit weird, but still looks okay tho :3 but overall, meh likes XD yay for dark walls xD

I really like the sky that you've made, and the fog. The vector of the girls is nice, too. My critiques would be that the text does stand out a bit too much for me, and that the buildings look flat. Beautiful job the sky, though. Keep up the good work!

Jaja. I even feel pissed because mine went out from the recent highlight. But friend, you deserve it. This wallpaper is magically pretty: The night sensation is incredible, and the sky along stars and text are good.
The vector of the characters look somewhat not blended excellently to the great background you made.
However I have to favorite this by its quality.

DAYUM. This is a beautifully made wall; the cityscape gets much < 3 from me, as does the fact that this is one of the more dark/mystical AIR walls out there. Definitely desktopping this as soon as I get on my own comp :3
