It's been such a long time since I uploaded something but here it is. :D
I started this a few weeks ago after I watched the first episode of Darker than Black.
The background is pretty much comprised of 2 screenshots and the vector of another screenshot. After vectoring the background, vectoring Hei, and a lot of blending of colors and textures I gave it to people for critiques. Thank you so much, θKalico, Ish (`MinstrelKnight), ~Felesya and especially `anolibb! :D Kalico gave me advice about the text placement, the fire and the glow in the eye of Lee. Ish pointed out glowing buildings in the background. Felesya told me about the text too. And Anolibb really helped me out by correcting the eyes to make it seem way more lifelike. Thanks! :D
The title I think means "to destroy" in Latin, but don't quote me on that. :P
