Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

I really like the style of the opening of this anime, so i've taken a screenshot to make a wallpaper, after lot of efforts here it is the result :).
After a failed first attempt to recreate something like the screen i did it with abstract background but it was ugly :/. So i retried with the screenshot background with some changes and i did the first version of it.
Thanks to some advice from Becktor and Blu3Angel i did it better.
I hope you will like it.

Looks pretty nice, the bg is awesome. i think there could've been some of that canvas texture on your vector, she's alittle too clean/sharp compared to the rest of the bg. but overall this is a great wall. nice seeing other images of her besides the regular 3 poses that are in the gallery :)

I know you were going for a certain style and my below comment goes against it but:

I personally think the text and random grunge marks get in the way of the walls real potential.

Yes, this reminds me a lot of the "matrix" for some reason xD I think it'd look much better without the text brushes, though. Besides that, this is really nice. I like the dark matrix-like stlyle of the BG, and the clouds, it really sets the mood of the wall. + fave (b>_<)b

The wall is gorgeous! It has the feel of Paper Mache! :D The background is very interesting. It has the feel of "a coming storm". Great job!

This wall over all looks really nice and well done, but there is one thing.

I Think MinstrelKnight is right when he says that the text is in the way, couse it stands out to much.
Maybe a color from the bg and it wouldn't stand out so much.
Its only my opinion^^

Beautiful wallpaper, don't really like the watermark on the bottom though. I use OS X and that is not covered w/ the start-menu as it is w/ windows machines... :(
