My second attempt I try to explain it with my poor english.

My intention is create a dark background seems a little depressive using effects combined with layers and levels. These effects are superposed to a more brilliant and vitalist image though attempt to reduce part of it using this effects (in the hair and surroundings) except in the face that I have wanted that they are clear and the orange sky.

The personality of Re-L is difficult at the beginning but little by little she changing, and I try to reflect it with this combination of colors and effects, a window is opened behind the dark :P

Usually people used the same images in the wallpapers of ergo proxy, this is a reason because i try to use a new images on my wallpapers.

The resolution is 1280 x 1024

And sorry for my english i know its horrible.
