The newest Nakama in Mugiwara, one of my favorite Characters, like always, I scan it and make vector in Corel, I keep it black & white cos it match with the characteristic, I add some effect in PShop so the background does not look to pale. Thanks to Exalts Alieroune for her suggestion.

Nice, nice! I really like this a lot. Haha. You picked such a great scan (or was it a screenshot? From the opening?) to vector!! Wasn't his name Brooks? I honestly don't remember right now, but yeah, he's the newest character. You did a great job with the vector...it's so clean and clear. The background and text is neat, too. Just black and white makes it even more effective. *faves* Wonderful wallpaper!
