I love this and despite the lack of detail on the ocean... i think this wallpaper is brilliant!

I really love the vector, though I think you over used the blur on them.
Also the ocean is too blurred as well, I like the small details you added on them.
As for the ocean, it's also too blurred. Though it's nice, I like the details you added on to it.
A bit more shine could've done it some good, one of those shines you get from the sun.
Great job on the clouds, they're very fluffy and nicely done. Maybe a bit too
crowded and blocks the blue pretty sky, but still a nice job on them.

Looks pretty good although it would have been more interesting to have a curved horizon and more texture/shading in the water and having smaller more curved clouds, just because it looks kind of empty right now.

alternatively you could add like birds and an umbrella or a beachball etc to fill up the space.

the vector is looking good, although i wish you lowered the opacity of the blurred lines above it, its a bit too blurry :D and one final nitpicky, i think you should have just left the light on their eyes white and maybe with a slight outerglow. they are strangely pink >D
