Freaky... :3 Excellent :) The bottle could use a bit more work 'cause the outlines seem very undefined... makes me wonder if you just took a small res image and blew it up to fit the wall. Otherwise... really interesting Lain walls from you XD

Perhaps too much white space, a background could improve it.
