Ayasal this is beautiful!
It's like a breath of fresh air *sigh*

Some Critiques:
- It may be a tad bit bright, but not enough that it cause any sort of problem because you have the focus down perfectly - the white contrasts with the girl's more saturated face and drives the viewers attention exactly where you want it to.

Some Really Nice Points:
- Beautiful color choice. It fits your theme perfectly, wrapping it up all nice and tidy. The blue is like the blue of clear waters - it's clean. The hint of neon to it brings it to life =).
- The bright flowers and birds in the background also give it a sense of life - of reverence even. This, along with the very nice word choice for the name, accentuate the peacefulness of the theme perfectly.
- Your choice of a scan is also perfect. The character apears to be in a state of tranqility, listening and paying closer attention to whatever life has out there.
- The clouds and the buildings blend beautifully with the piece as a whole. The main function (from my pov) is that it brings this piece down to earth - rather than letting it roam into sci-fi land. This quality allows the viewer to relate to it on a closer level. Again, the feeling of a breath of fresh air.
