Purdy, but...there's an extra hand at the bottom. O.o;;
I suggest you remove the thick black outline around the characters. It doesn't do anything but nullify the nice glow you gave them. Also, I think you should add more to the background. Maybe you could add more textures. And the wallpaper would look better without the frames. :)

Hm... Cute enough to see their lovely face, always.. But i don't think so your background colours match to characters, since the it seem like the same colours with their dress colours. Maybe if you change the colours then it will be more perfect. Frame? Good but i think too strong...
