Edit of what I originally said at session zero
I've always been interested in making a simple 3D wallpaper, but I've never found one that suits my skill level (which is pretty noobish). But one picture caught my eye and I thought "Heck, it shouldn't be too hard right?"
Boy, I suck at predicting things.
Anyways, this took around 50+ hours (I don't even know anymore...) to create, most of which was not the modeling of the room but rather tweaking the scene to create a perfect atmosphere. Of course in the process I got to learn a couple of really neat things (like how to make the curtains flow ^_^). Anyways, this certain image took 2 hours to render (I had rendered another one beforehand but that one was crummy...oh, and that one also took 2 hours...) and another hour (well actually more like a whole day when you add up all the time I spent on the final render) to edit in Photoshop to my liking. (And then another hour trying to figure out why my Imageready wasn't working >_<). So, I hope you guys like it.
