I know that background!! I saw the tutorial at good-tutorial.com!! 'Nyways... The scan and background don't really look good together... I mean... She was better off on a more "cuter" background yes?

Although the background looks really good, i don't think it matches well with the stock.I think a background with fireworks would look great. Which would add a touch of festival theme to the wallpaper.Apart from that, the fan looks really cute.I love the chibi heads on it. Good job on that. ^_^

The scan was cute...but the background doesn't really match it at all. maybe a scenery would be better like at a festival or something? but anyways great wall!

Her Japanese traditional dress is really graceful and gorgeous. It make her beauty be more attarctive and charming. Fantastic effects with purple colors in the background is drawing amazing universe where she is playing with her friend.
