Oh purdy colors and lights. :D I like this one a lot. Some of the foggy stuff near the top right has some artifacting, which I know is a @#$% to prevent/get rid of. Very good! This one along with your Loveless one are some of your best I think.

She is a lonely warrior of the cyberspace. Effects and colors in the wallpaper are drawing her cold and sharp character very well. The empty city in the background is waiting for her playing.

Lovely paint job as always! I especially love the colors and the details in her hair. The city behind her is perhaps a bit too much out of focus, but everything else is awesome! :)

Wow. Absolutely stunning wallpaper. You definitely continue to improve and amaze me each time with something better. This time you even chose one of my favorite shows :P
Love the bokeh effect of the city lights, but I can't tell how the light is suppose to diffuse in the end b/c the blurriness doesn't seem to flow around the character very well. Granted, it's your style for the most part, but I'm seeing a foggy night as my interp of the wallpaper. In that case, something doesn't feel right...(too tired to think of what I mean).
Anywho, yay for another beautiful wallpaper! And you changed your avatar!
