I wanted to try something different with this picture. It integrates some real-pictures, with brushes, and lots of blending. Fun fun fun, I'll use this method more often from now on

I had such mixed feelings about this wallpaper that I had it as my default wallpaper until I could finally figure out what I liked and disliked. lol I generally like your wallpapers. You stick to series that you like regardless of what series is the "latest trend" which I have always appreciated. There are only so many series-of-the-season wallpapers using the same five scans I can tolerate.
What I like about this wallpaper is hard to define. It's just a good technique and has all the modelings of a seasoned designer at work. What I don't like is the atmosphere. The skyline around the trees behind Sakura and the water color is so gloomy that it doesn't seem to quite work with the rainbow and her outfit. That green-ish look behind her makes me think, "OMG, tornado coming!" It's such a peasoup color that usually springs up before a tornado. It was so grim it made me think of Lord of the Rings backgrounds during the second and third parts.
So I like it--enough to look past this stuff and use it occasionally. But what I would love more is if it felt more like a background that belongs with CCSakura--a happy and cheerful series--as opposed to dark tales of world dominating flaming eyeballs. Rain is all well and good, but CCS even made rain seem happy.

It's very pretty! Sakura's sort of grainy but no big. I can really see her doing that! I especially love the background.

Sakura seems to blend into the real images extremely well. That's some really good work. The only part that looks a little odd is the white around her umbrella. Not sure if that was intended to be there or not.

Excellent!! The work you've done is great. I like the contrast of the colors between the blue background and sakura in pink. The background is a very good shot and the things you did with it are great. Very good idea mixing scans with a pic, it's an interesting result. Congratulations.
