This look better in the thumb... ^^;; There are a lot of problems with jaggies in the character scan, which isn't too bad of a problem, the thing is the perspective and the way you arranged the streetlamps. I sort of get what you're trying to go for visually but the way the leftmost streetlamp is arranged SO near the bottom of the wallpaper just looks kind of... wrong ^^;; It's not really on a straight line with the rest of the streetlamps either, but I would actually suggest just taking it out... The birds (?) also look a little too blurry... but on the whole it's a nice wall, composition-wise, and the background is good apart from the perspective problem :)
