I got the scan of Mina Majikina in Minitokyo website and I have a calm feeling of her posing, so I decided to make a wallpaper of her standing in a wide plain full of grass and fog.

Thats what i call a bigass bow...
all in all its a nice job, but lacks a little something in all departments
for instance i think the colors could be more lively
her hair needs improvements, more detail
the bg which consists merely of blurred bushes doesnt impress too much
certainly not a bad attempt, i like the design, few improvements could make it real good

i think i'm mistake, but the art of the character in this wallpaper seems to be very similar to the Tony Taka artwork. maybe it can be.
but, nevermind.
i love things with sky, what is very big in your wallie. and the vibrant green grass contrasting with the light blue sky brings a very peacefull sensation.

Oh my my... blond, semi-naked, with an "lost sight" expression...i love the sc,... i really do...specially cuz the sexy and the lethal thing in it. Archers may be so dangerous this times :P hahaha.

Great desktop background. It's harder to put together a background that's not plain old photoshop-made with circles, zig zags and what not, but you were able to pull it off.
