its quite some time now ince i last uploaded a wallpaper here i had alot of shool work and some other things pending that needed to be done i was just checking out gallery yesterday and i found this scan of haruhi it was so cute so i ended up walling.

the theme work is completely different from all my other wallpapers i haven't tried this kind of walling there is only one bush set that i used here and the rest is all photoshop 7.0 it was really fun making this one and i learned afew new things as well.

the scan is vector done by popisan
the brushes are from DA by (redheadstock)www.brushes.obsidiandawn.com

I have left the left side of the wallpaper empty on requests for the icons space.

Beautiful.

My only problem is the same as Selenna, there seems to be a little too much white. Though, it does go well with the coloring of the rest of the wallpaper like Haruhi's dress. Overall it's a great wallpaper *Favorite'd*

This is a good wallpaper, but you put way too much white on one side. It would be nice if you would turn the white down by about a few, or add an object such as the name of the anime or that symbol from the show. Just remember to use the main rule of art, spacing of lights and darks, in the future and and most of your pictures will look super professional.

I think it's really really good! It's so cute, and I like the lemon color and it's good to have thought about the icons on the left. At least it doesn't look too crowded there... The scan is really good too, and I love the "H", the stars and the flowery things you added in the background. It'll make a really cute wallpaper for my desktop 8)E emoticon

Definitely a beautiful Haruhi wallpaper, I like the use of the light colors and the way you blended it to match the scheme of the image. I also thought the bg special effects were well done. I think the space you alloted for the icons were fine, particularly for my own wallpaper space, I often have issues where the image is covered up by the icons, so your wall really does suit its use and looks dazzling, very well done, and definitely adding this as a favorite. :)

Firstly, a job well done. You have chosen a fantastic colour theme which really reflects the soft warmth and cheerfulness of the character. I'm very happy to see simplicity and lots of space in the wall. Many people seem to forget that icons litter desktops and don't take that into a count when creating their walls. Vector + brush work is also admirable.

My only criticism is that Haruhi's head a tad too close to the edge.

Overall, awesome job! Keep it up!

Holy cow, Haruhi looks attractive in this one...! I especially like how the whole image gives a very serene atmosphere, unlike the usual hyper-activeness associated with Haruhi. And yet she looks just like her cheerful self. Also, the colors couldn't match better.

Just like you said-"Simly Haruhi". I hope you're not suprised by all the positive comments, I saw this one around plenty of times. I don't see anything wrong with it, although you could've put Haruhi a little more to the left. Still, I don't see any reason to change it now.
