As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Hey guys! Before the Holidays start I have a wall for you, took about 3 weeks not much. I know what you think of the scan yeah I should of best to vector the darn thing but I wouldn't have much time to make it. Everyones off for the holidays and I am too ^^. If you guys want the actual NICE version of this (background) by all means check it out here =)

Lots of things to look at, did the clouds with a soft 100 fuzzy round brush and let the pressure do the talking. Planet was old school from awhile back but it was one of my best and I still like it haha xD. All the city was made was chalk brushes and the birds were simple as well I bet you would know how to make distant birds lol ^^. Comets were lined and smoothened, stars to add effects and sun was to make the realism effect.

The awesome bg makes me wish that the anime scan you used wasn't so grainy >_> There's no doubt that your space backgrounds are amazing and well-detailed. In addition, your expert use of perspective is really something too. But the low-quality anime scan that you picked for this wall is a bit disappointing.

With such a high quality bg, you really need a high quality, crisp scan or vector. Keep that in mind next time. Otherwise, nice work :)

It's Nice Wallpaper.
Lights of Stars and Sunset in the Sky are Really Really Impressive.
They Stand out and Have Force of Existance in Dark Light in This Wallpaper.
Blendings and Effects in Purple Background are Wonderful and Fantastic.
The Sky Have Double Face of Sunset and Night.
I Think Her Naked Legs are Shining and Impressive Ponit.

That is a great wall. You did a spectacular job on the colors, and they blend well with each other. The sun looks amazing too. You made it look truely like a star. The scan is nicely done as well. I believe it is worthy of a fav. Thank you for sharing you work.

The background you've put together here is absolutely amazing. It's got just the right amount of detail and lighting in all the right places.

That said, the scan used in the foreground is of a less than stellar quality. It's been mentioned before, so I'll just leave it at that. Overall though, excellent work!

The background is looking really good, the setting sun and the colors are very nice. It could've been netter without the fence though, because the scenery could be more beautiful without it. The character is looking good, she fits to the background well. Very nice wallpaper.

Excellent work. I love both the original background AND the one that was modified to adapt to Kei's surroundings. The stars, sky, etcetera go well with the sad look in her eyes, and having watched the anime, it easy for me to connect her role-character to a scene like that. (Such an unlucky girl). The fact that she is in the school's roof is also nice since it plays an important role to the plot of the series. Keep this up and happy new year^^

i like the details on the background..
but yea. you were right about vectoring the scan. This scan kinda ruined(not exactly ruined. i dont know what word to use) the wallpaper. The background is a high quality image so the people would expect the same thing with the scan..

but overall, its a great wallpaper. i like the textured floor...
