I remember watching a play once in school wherein the actress was trapped in a dim-lighted room. When someone came in, she turned around, her hair fluttering gracefully, to face the person with a worried expression on her face. And that actress was standing right in front of a glass window as you can see in the wallpaper. I merely got all the ideas of this wallpaper from that particular scene in the play. There weren't a lot of props in the background, and I remembered only seeing a frame and a drawer with two jewelry boxes on top, so don't complain about the lack of things in the BG. C.C. got the part here, because I think she just suits here. Aside from the fact that she's so beautiful, her expression here is not your everyday C.C. face. I'm surprised nobody used this for a wallpaper yet.
I got the scan from minitokyo. V.V., the emperor, and Zero were all in the scan together with C.C., but I only extracted C.C. and cleaned the scan. I added the effects in order to suit the background. Background was pretty simple to do. Play around with the gradient tool to get the result. Drawers, frames, and windows were all from the custom shape tool.
