My First wall Fresh out of Session Zero!
and fourth but most presentable vector so far
A week before I made this wall, I swallowed up my pride and tried out a deviantART vectoring tutorial by donbenni(to which I am forever indebted) I vectored this Enma Ai scan, as well as the window, blinds, suspended tatami mat, and all the other BG objects. I did some brush&smudge painting for the Kois' shadows, and on the 'red' sun to give the wall an illogically surreal feel.
Edit:
Anyone here who's heard the first season's opening theme,
"Sakasama no Chō" (逆さまの蝶, The Inverted Butterfly) by SNoW?
I for one absolutely love that song. I therefore renamed the wallpaper to Sakasama no Koi' (whose English translation is "The Inverted Koi"). I inverted an aspect of this wall:
The position of the three circling Koi. By the laws of Space, one should logically deduce that Ai is watching three Koi located at the bottom left. But since I'm such a huge fan of the Surrealists, I reflected the Kois. 2 reasons for this: 1) to hide the fact that I was spacially challenged with this wall and 2) to feebly illustrate the title. I wanted to highlight that the three circling Koi in the wall symbolize Ai's seemingly endless cycle as Hell Girl. I also wanted the sharp contrast of the Kois' tranquility (a supposed result of the inversion) to support the text, which are actually intro lyrics of M2M's "Mirror, Mirror":
