This wallpaper was really interesting to make. It took me an hour or so to make it and involved 35 layers of pictures, gradient maps, curves, text, color balance, and others. I believe that this is one of my most detailed wallpapers ever. Some may disagree but so long as I'm happy with it, it's all good.

EDIT: Because of some good advice I've revised the wallpaper. It now looks much better than it was before. Enjoy. ^_^

Looks BAMFY, love the details looks really grunge like and the colors you chose for the background really make Ichigo stand out. All in all looks pretty good !

Nice scan you've chosen there. Very dramatic scene. The colours fit nicely together.

Looking at the background in more detail, there are some aspects which are quite pixellated. It looks like for some of the picture's you've used, you've scaled them up to fit on the background. This is never a good idea - strive for quality! The background also lacks shape and looks a bit messy.

I'm also not sure about the way the sword fades away towards the right of the wall. If you cannot continue the scan onto the edge, try moving the guy over to the right a bit so if covers over the fade with the edge of the wallpaper.

Good work so far though. Keep it up!

A very interesting wallpaper indeed... I like how the center character (Ichigo, I presume) seems to blur in with the background images, in that the textures in his hair and in some parts of his clothing match that of the unfocused tiles behind him. The colors between them and him are also consistent, making the subject seem part of whatever stories those tiles are telling. Maybe you could show a little bit more of him, though, as it seems he gets cut off on bottom and his sword is spliced off on the right edge? Muy bien, senor(ita).

This is really neat! In the future, I'd consider working with your text and text placement... The overlayed text is hard to read, and it might be better to have put it in the mid-bottom left of the wallpaper to kind of balance it all out (: Keep trying!
