This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

OMG my comment got deleted with a "Loading..."? T_T

Im here writing my commnt again, im not gonna write it all up, i don't fully remember what i really wrote (usual rant about how i made it i guess) but just the main point.

I just want to dedicate this to all my friends here at AP, everyone who has commented on my wallpapers ^_^ and all the wonderfull artists here that have inspired me to get off my lazy leechin ass from day 1 and join in on the fun. There's two wallers i'd like to give special thanks to.
My awesome friend blue-green and heart464 who have had a lot of influence on me.

Lovely wall. I really enjoyed it, but I don't find Rei, along with the the funky-colored (which is a thing, mind you xP) strokes on her hair and the circles around her, to blend with the refreshing gradient of the background. It may look better with out the spatter in the middle, as well.

This may not be the best of your work, but it's still pleasant. Good luck with whatever is keeping you from walling, and I wish to see more walls from you soon.

After all a really nice wallpaper
I like the background color green and yellow but think if you use green and blue it would looks better but everything is laright cause you use the color blue a lot!
I like the text (also her name) in the background and how ya write it

I feel there's too many empty space in the left side -which I guess is for the icons, and I don't use any icons =P Is that a flaw in your wall? Maybe not, but it's the only thing I've got to say about it besides that it's awesome and +fav.

So what have you cooked up this time of great waller chief :D Looping from my last comment on your fabulous wall, the funky textures once again are poping out of my screen and the patterns are turning into 3D bubbles, we have the sex appeal in her lusty stare and her bust so perfectly proportioned to her shapely waist and her hair adding spicy highlights to her "come and get me" eyes, you do amazing work on the colors and I brace myself at the full extent of your mojo :D

This is realy nice...usually dont like gradient wall since the BG is to empty but he emptiness of the BG in this wall not dont ruin the mood but gives out a nice feeling..nice effects on the hair too

As a Evangelion fan there's no way I couldn't love this wallpaper. Excellent idea and concept! Love what you've done with Rei and those color streaks on her hair are really cool. The only "negative" thing about this wall, is the BG. Maybe the gradient doesn't blend really well with the rest of the wall. Or maybe it's just me...
Either way let me tell you that this is one excellent wallpaper indeed. A +fav.
