I used a Stargate effect to make the sea

With a little difference, Instead of using a radial blur I used an wave effect.
To make waves i used a cloud brush which gives some white veils effect
I also added some stars to give a fluttering effect .
For the background I would like to thank illusionsglade ( from deviantart) for the beautiful cloud brush.
Too add a humoristic touch to the wall : I created an island with the poor and alone Jumpei Kun who can only look to the girls far away from them
Finally I added some palm trees because the beach feels too empty
