Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

Newest wallpaper in awhile, I'm not really happy
with it since I think I've been off the ball lately when
trying to make something new.

I vectored Ritsuka from a manga image,
which was black and white so I left it and then
made a simple bg for the simple vector.

Wasn't really sure what to add to it,
but I tried alot of things and nothing seemed to work.
I finally settled for this look after getting tired.

Making this from just a manga image is completely impressive so don't sell for self short on that one, it's very abstract and the colors are very harsh and gothic which I love, truly a flawless vector and everything is clean cut and the spicy eye shadow he's wearing is very sexy I must say it looks great, like I've said before I think you have a natural talent for making wallpapers .(n_n). emoticon

I really like what you did with eye shadow effect you have going on Ritsuka. It's kinda almost an Ergo Proxy kinda feel yet cuter and less dark. Nice vector work, and good work~ .(n_n). emoticon

Agreed with the previous commentator, even when it's simple, it has something cool.
The vector is nicely done, and the resolution is great. Glad that not I'm the only one using this resolution. (1600x1200 isn't as good for full vectors,right?)

Well, I think it's good this simple!! I don't know why Ritsuka has eyeshadow on, but it's cute, and it matches the red stripes in the background. Your vector is great, and I don't know why you said that you haven't been on the ball lately! Your wallpapers are beautiful! This one included. |(VcV)| emoticon Ah, Ritsuka~ Lovely job with this! I like how it's all very simple and has a limited amount of colors, and is kind of dark.
But the redness around his eyelids makes Ritsuka look a little.. off. Wasted, kind of. I think it would have looked better while keeping the same effect if you made it either lighter (as in opacity) or maybe a softer color. Both are basically the same thing though, I guess.
But. The only thing that catches me is the redness.

I really like the bold quality and outlines of this wallpaper. I'm personally glad you didn't add anything more because it really draws all the attention on your excellent vetoring job.
