I really like the splashing water effect. The ocean scenery is perfect. I like how the water splash and clouds mixes together. Both blends in beautifully together. And the added detail gives it an extra motion action element into it. What makes great this is the splash effect. Very good work overall. ^.^V

This is really nice! I really only have two suggestions: One is to rearrange the flock of birds (they currently look too smashed together, as if their placement was entirely arbitrary) and two is to erase a little bit of space between the girl's bangs that was left white and replace it with the blue background. Other than that, this is really pretty and peaceful, yet energetic! Love it!
