it represents a scene of a really really funny, hilarious and crazy anime I love:
Jungle Wa Itsumo Hare (or Hale) Nochi Guu!

One of the main chara is the girl on the right side: Guu. She is dressed like the little thing on the left, a Pokute, and you can also see a strange cat with thousand legs! xD

If you didn't watch it yet, I'll suggest to do it! :D
I wanted so badly learn to vector only for this! xD
