I'm here!!xD finally I got my internet back! damn system, I didn't have internet for a week!
so Happy b-day Kelsey! tough it was the past week...
my last wall was going to be my present but I changed my mind 
so here's the real one 
I must say that I enjoyed making ritsuka vector, he looks sooo hot
I changed some things and I must say that this is the fav of all my vectors 
It took me about... 2 h 30min, please tell me if the texture on his clothes looks bad, I'm not sure about it
About the bg, I didn't know at all what to do :sweat: but then I started listening music and I heard "City of blinding lights", so I got the idea from it (after 2 hours of thinking
) the photo from the bg is this one, I played a little with the blur to make the effect and painted some lights around him 
I guess that's all, oh I almost forgot, here's the scan

the texture's just fine, its great; but the light glow its kinda too many at the bg
