This is my first wall so please go easy on me!
I made this on Adobe Photoshop CS4. The character is Soubi from the anime Loveless which i scanned in from the manga and extracted myself (which took AGES!).
The background is just a simple blue fade with see-through smoke on top.
I drew the butterfly myself (i know it's not so great and i may replace it or remove it all together).
The text is Times new roman and looks very similar to the LOVELESS anime logo but it IS different (there is a huge difference between the letter "O" for example). The Text has a gradient overlay and a slight outer glow.
